About the role
The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager leads our dedicated WHS team to provide proactive guidance and strategic oversight across the organisation. This key leadership role delivers specialist advice on all aspects of workplace health and safety, comprehensive risk management, injury management, wellbeing initiatives, and psychosocial safety to create and maintain a healthy, safe working environment for all staff across all campus locations. The position champions best practice approaches, fostering a supportive, proactive safety culture that integrates wellbeing considerations into daily operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies

Other Conditions and Eligibility
Eligibility for employment is subject to obtaining a satisfactory Department of Education Criminal Clearance. If this position involves contact with children, the recommended occupant will also be required to obtain a Working with Children (WWC) Card.
