STORE MANAGER - SPAR SUPERMARKET SPRINGSURE

About the role

This is a full-time role as the Store Manager for the SPAR Supermarket in Springsure, Queensland. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient inventory management, and driving overall business growth and profitability.

What you'll be doing

· Manage and lead a team of retail staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management

· Oversee all daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and cost management

· Develop and implement strategies to improve store sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant health and safety regulations

· Analyse sales data and financial reports to identify opportunities for growth and cost savings

· Foster a positive and customer-centric work environment

· Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the supermarket or grocery industry

· Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving operational efficiency

· Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting

· Customer-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

· Familiarity with relevant retail industry regulations and compliance requirements

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
