About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a CT Applications Specialist to join our team.

This role will work closely with the National CT team providing specialist advice, expertise and support to our National Sales team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a business savvy CT radiographer looking for the next step in their career. In this role you will be part of a valued team, providing pre and post-sales support to our customer's sites. The ability to understand a customer's needs, provide expertise and make recommendations about our CT products and technologies will enable you to succeed in this role. Experience in training users of systems would be highly regarded.

In addition to delivering clinical CT training and support, this role offers the opportunity to develop a broader range of professional skills. You will have the opportunity to develop your commercial acumen, sales and marketing skills, and develop the ability to create effective eLearning resources.

This role also provides opportunities to travel and interact with a diverse range of internal and external customers. You will have the opportunity to work with our sales, service and marketing teams to promote our CT solutions and to develop relationships with key opinion leaders in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide applications support for new equipment installations and existing customer install base.
  • Maintain a high level of clinical and technical knowledge.
  • Understand a customers' needs, provide expertise and make recommendations about our products and technologies.
  • Train customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the equipment delivered.   Providing, pre and post-sales support to our customers' sites.
  • Troubleshoot, identify, and differentiate between technical and applications related problems.
  • Provide support to CT Business Unit marketing activities in line with established marketing plan.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Medical Imaging qualification and accreditation.
  • Current drivers' license.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience as a CT Radiographer with experience using Canon (Toshiba) CT machines.
  • Demonstrated ability with presenting at clinical meetings; workshops and/or conferences.
  • To have been involved in staff training preferable in CT.
