They are now seeking to build on their Corporate/M&A expertise with the addition of a Sydney based Corporate/M&A Partner/Director. The firm values collaboration, they practise law in plain English and have a strong client service ethos that underpins everything they do. Clients include ASX listed entities, government and semi-government organisations, large corporates, SME's and HNWI's and they span across Australia and internationally. Role

As M&A Partner, you will take a leading role in building and delivering the firm's M&A and Corporate advisory practice in Sydney. Working closely with the Adelaide-based corporate team and firm leadership, you will advise on complex transactions, lead client relationships, and play a foundational role in developing our client's Sydney presence. You'll work with a pre-existing client base with the expectation that you will continue to build the Corporate/M&A client base with a particular focus on ASX listed entities. You will be adept at business development, managing complex transactions, enjoy mentoring, building, and leading a successful team.
