We are looking for a Commercial Solar and Battery Sales Development Representative.
Based from our North Sydney office (5 mins from the station 2 mins from Metro), you will be joining a growing team of like minded people who work hard Monday to Friday and celebrate every success.
If you don't know anything about sales, great If you have some knowledge, that's also great We genuinely hire people based on attitude and application, not work history.
This is an amazing time with the launch of the world's largest battery rebate, we have seen a 4 X increase in sales.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new and fast growing team within the business, gain hands on experience in the commercial solar sector, and build a strong foundation in renewable energy sales.
The role is designed for growth, for the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to progress into a senior sales role and develop your skills and expertise. You'll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and support from industry leaders to help you succeed and grow with the company.

was started by two brothers David and Jonathan Green who saw an opportunity for a fresh approach to the solar and battery industry. Fast forward to today, we have just moved into a brand new whole floor office in North Sydney, built a world class cloud based customer platform and are digital leaders in the space.

- You have worked in retail, hospitality, recruitment or trade sales and keen for a change

About the position:
The position will be ideal for someone who gets out of bed with a bang. Doesn't let anything get in their way and isn't scared of a rainy day. The role is heavily sales focused.
Role Overview:
- Identify and research potential commercial and industrial clients that could benefit from solar, battery and renewable energy solutions
- Use prospecting platforms (EG LinkedIn) to source and qualify leads
- Cold call businesses to generate new leads
- Schedule qualified meetings or consultations for the Business Development Managers or Sales Executives
- Conduct discovery calls to understand each prospect's energy usage, sustainability goals, and project feasibility
- Meet with potential new clients online or face to face
- Develop partnerships with businesses to generate referrals and new leads
- Close opportunities
