We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Development Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, has a passion for sales, and wants to make a real impact in the pharmacutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact new accounts to introduce our services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through regular check-ins
  • Gather valuable feedback from buisness partners to improve our services
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with current accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-ups
  • Support the onboarding process for new accounts
  • Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For:

  • Genuine enthusiasm for sales and business development
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with healthcare professionals
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Comfortable with basic computer skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on relationship building

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
