The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef de Partie with strong background in high-volume hotel breakfast service. You'll lead your section during our busiest morning hours, ensuring food is prepared to the highest standard and service runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run the breakfast section in collaboration with our junior breakfast sous confidently
  • Prepare dishes to a high standard of taste and presentation
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen space
  • Support and train junior chefs and kitchen hands
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and service teams
  • Contribute to seasonal, sustainable menu ideas

What We're Looking For:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel breakfast setting
  • Ability to manage a section during fast-paced service
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for sustainable cooking and local produce
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
