The Role

We are currently seeking an HD Diesel Fitter/Mechanicto join our team and work with one of our highly respected clients, who is based in Malaga, starting immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable "all-rounder" who enjoys both workshop and field service work in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role:

  • Immediate work available – ASAP start
  • 50 to 55 hours per week
  • Day shifts – Monday to Friday and Saturday work
  • Workshop and site based role in Malaga
  • Temporary to Permanent opportunity for the right person
  • Competitive rates

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Trade qualified: Certificate III Heavy Duty Plant Fitter/Mechanic (Essential)
  • Minimum 4–5 years in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems
  • Previous experience in both workshop and field-based mechanical roles
  • Carry out mechanical repairs and maintenance on light and heavy vehicles, including: Bobcats, forklifts, compactors, trucks, and trailers
  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Conduct field service repairs across Perth as needed
  • Jump into service vehicles and respond to breakdowns on-site
  • Work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • A reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
