Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food and Beverage All Rounder to join our team at Percy. Renowned for its authentic Spanish cuisine, unique and traditional Spanish wine list, our venue offers a distinctive dining experience and journey through Spain.

As a key member of our team, you will be essential in creating memorable moments for our guests through a seamless dining journey. With your keen attention to detail, you'll take orders with precision and flair, while anticipating guest needs to ensure complete satisfaction. If you thrive in a vibrant environment that celebrates local culture and exceptional service, join us at Hotel Woolstore 1888 and help craft unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality experience in a similar position (favourable)
  • An upbeat, customer-focused attitude
  • Knowledge of beverages preferred but not essential
  • A positive team player and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
