1) Director / Senior – Commercial Depreciation

Location: Sydney

What you'll do

  • Lead delivery of commercial tax depreciation schedules nationwide
  • Review/QA outputs for accuracy and ATO compliance; refine our models & workflows
  • Drive client relationships, proposals and scope; mentor juniors; manage throughput and margins

What you bring

  • 7+ years in commercial tax depreciation (Australia)
  • Strong command of ATO rulings; advanced Excel; client-ready reporting
  • Track record across office/retail/industrial assets; commercially astute

2) Director / Senior – Building Consultant (Commercial)

Location: Sydney

What you'll do

  • Lead commercial building inspections: technical due diligence, dilapidations/make-good, compliance/defects reviews
  • Prepare clear, defensible reports, scopes and costed recommendations
  • Advise clients pre-/post-acquisition/disposals

What you bring

  • RICS-qualified Building Surveyor/Consultant (commercial focus); strong knowledge of local codes/standards
  • Site assessment & reporting strengths; confident client communicator
  • Experience in dilapidations, make-good scopes, compliance audits or CA/PM
  • Minimum 5+ years relevant building surveying experience
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required for all positions
