Your new role

APS4 & APS5 | Baseline Clearance | Hybrid | ACT Location | Contract to Dec month extension

As an IT Data and Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting complex IT system processes. You will be responsible for data entry and remediation, incident and problem resolution, and providing ongoing BAU support. Your day-to-day job will involve triaging defects, managing access requests, maintaining SOPs, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Proven experience in ICT delivery environments, ideally within the federal government.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Azure DevOps (ADO), and data systems.
  • Experience with incident management, data remediation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • A current Baseline security clearance.
