Key responsibilities

  • Lead daily horticultural maintenance across multiple sites
  • Operate mowers, brush cutters, blowers, and hand tools
  • Perform pruning, planting, mulching, weeding, and fertilising
  • Plan and allocate team tasks efficiently and safely
  • Complete pre-starts, reports, and safety paperwork
  • Liaise with clients to ensure quality and satisfaction
  • Maintain and troubleshoot irrigation systems
  • Monitor plant health and apply treatments
  • Conduct site inspections for quality and safety
  • Support and guide team members on-site

What will you need

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens (Advantageous)
  • Driver's licence (Manual or Automatic)
  • National Police Check (willing to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (willing to obtain)
