We are looking for an energetic and experienced Manager to run our award-winning Fairmont Restaurant, a bustling lunchtime restaurant that caters for a largely professional crowd Monday to Friday.

The Fairmont is the jewel in the crown of The Occidental Hotel, the famous Victorian regency style pub that has been welcoming customers for the past 175 years.

The successful applicant will be a highly motivated hospitality professional who can work well in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service.

Our Manager needs to be well presented and have excellent communication skills, while building strong relationships with our loyal customers and actively promoting our restaurant and the wider hotel functions.

We are offering a competitive salary plus superannuation and generous tips.
