Your Future, Fueled by Innovation

As a Risk and Assurance Manager, you'll play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining Nufarm's global risk management and compliance frameworks.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to business units, supporting the company in making informed decisions, identifying key risks, and strengthening our assurance and governance practices. Please note, this role does involve extensive travel, often overseas.

How You'll Help Us Grow

  • Serve as a central point of contact for risk management, assurance, and compliance queries.
  • Partner with business areas to embed contemporary risk management practices.
  • Coordinate and perform internal audit reviews, from planning through reporting.
  • Support internal audit planning and prioritization with the Head of Risk, Assurance & Compliance.
  • Develop tools, dashboards, and reports for tracking and communicating risk performance.
  • Support business continuity and crisis management improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports for Executive and Board Risk Committees.

You'll bring:

  • A degree in Business, Commerce, Legal or Finance.
  • Proven experience in risk management, internal audit, or compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, Chartered Accountant, or Risk Management qualifications are desirable.
