About the Role

We're looking for a driven and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at CRE8IVE. This role reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will be pivotal in supporting the execution of innovative marketing campaigns and strategies across multiple industries. You'll work closely with both internal teams and clients to help drive the success of various marketing and design projects. As part of our Strategy lead business, you will be involved in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies for businesses of all sizes, ensuring impactful results and alignment with client goals.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, including content, assets, and reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering marketing solutions.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day marketing tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and budget tracking.
  • Stay on top of industry trends to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future marketing initiatives.

About You

  • Creative, proactive, and has a passion for marketing and communications.
  • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbally, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Eager to learn, with the ambition to grow in the marketing industry.

Experience & Skills

  • Ideally, some experience in marketing, campaign management, or communications (not essential if you have the right drive and passion).
  • Experience in developing marketing and communication strategies for businesses of all sizes.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms, social media tools, and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • An enthusiasm for staying ahead of marketing trends and digital innovations.
