Grace Lutheran College is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Diverse Learning Support Case Manager/Teacher to join our Diverse Learning team at our Caboolture Campus as soon as possible. This is a permanent, full-time position 1.0 FTE combining .70 FTE Teacher/.30 Case Manager allocation reporting to the Diverse Learning Lead.
