About Us: We are a short stay management company: Special Stays Short Term Rental and our cleaning team is Sparkle Bnb. At Sparkle Bnb, we take pride in delivering meticulous cleaning and outstanding customer service to ensure our clients' properties shine with five-star appeal.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

The following responsibilitiies and attributes include the following:

  • Perform cleaning duties for Airbnb, residential, and commercial properties with attention to detail.
  • Strive for excellence in both cleaning standards and customer service to uphold a five-star rating.
  • Make beds, replace linen, and ensure each property is presented in immaculate condition for guests.
  • Safely handle cleaning chemicals following industry guidelines.
  • Utilise phone apps for scheduling, time and attendance tracking, and job information.
  • Efficiently navigate from job to job to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Re-stocking of basics for guests
  • Report issues or repairs in a timely fashion
  • Be a great communicator, team player, be professional and take pride in your work.
  • Work efficiently and under time constraints
  • Be reliable and accountable
  • Be professional
  • Be well presented

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Prior cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals.
  • Must possess a valid car and driver's license for commuting to different job locations.
  • Have a WWW children card and Police Clearance or be willing to get one.
