Role Description

This is a flexible, casual, on-site role for a Sweeper Operator, located in Adelaide, SA. The role can be tailored to the applicant, with full time and beyond hours available or a smaller roster if preferred. The Sweeper Operator will be responsible for operating sweeping machinery to maintain streets, parking lots, and other areas. Daily tasks will include sweeping debris, inspecting and maintaining machinery, adhering to safety guidelines, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues. The role requires a strong commitment to cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Browning Contractors Operator Qualifications

  • Experience in operating sweeping machinery or similar equipment
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance principles
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Valid heavy vehicle driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
