36 Electrical is a growing electrical business working closely with some of Melbourne's top-tier custom home builders, as well as a mix of private residential and maintenance work. We focus on delivering high-quality finishes and reliable service across a diverse mix of projects — from architectural new builds to service jobs and smaller renos.

A Message From Nat – Founder of 36 Electrical

I'm Nathanial — a qualified carpenter who moved into project management with one of Melbourne's high-end builders before starting 36 Electrical.

My background across the trades gave me a real appreciation for quality work, good communication, and smooth job site coordination. I started 36 Electrical to bring that mindset into the electrical world and work closely with the connections I've built over the last 13+ years in the industry.

We're a young company with a big vision — and we're looking for likeminded people to join the journey. If you want to be more than just a number, and help build something from the ground up, you'll fit right in here.

The Role

We're looking for an A‑Grade Electrician who's professional, honest, and motivated. You don't need to be an expert in everything — if you bring the right attitude, we'll back you with the support and training to grow.

What you'll work on:

  • Architectural new builds with high-end builders
  • Private residential jobs
  • Service & maintenance work
  • Opportunities for smart home, feature lighting, automation etc

What We're Looking For

  • A‑Grade VIC Electrical Licence
  • White Card
  • Manual driver's licence preferred
  • Good attitude, communication, and a genuine work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a growing team

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Experience in domestic construction & high-end finish work
  • Maintenance or fault finding skills
  • Eye for detail and neat work
