About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team.

You'll be working across a variety of sites, servicing, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration systems to keep our clients' businesses running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being out in the field, troubleshooting issues, and delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose faults quickly and carry out effective repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems operating reliably.
• Provide clear communication to customers and the office team.
• Ensure all work meets Ash Refrigeration's high standards of quality and safety.
• Complete accurate job records and documentation using ServiceM8.
• Work independently and as part of a supportive team.

Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years post-apprenticeship experience as a Commercial Refrigeration Mechanic.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
• Proven experience across pubs, clubs, hotels, restaurants, breweries, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud-based job management systems (ServiceM8 experience is a bonus).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
