About the Role:

We are expanding our community mental health workforce and have multiple opportunities for Mental Health Clinicians to join our Case Management, Intake and Intensive Support Program (ISP) teams.

These roles provide a great balance of clinical work, assessment, care coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration. You will support consumers with a range of mental health needs while working in a welcoming, supportive team environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing recovery-focused clinical assessment and intervention
  • Coordinating care and working closely with families, carers and other providers
  • Completing timely, accurate documentation across key platforms
  • Contributing to team-based activities and maintaining a positive team culture
  • Meeting KPIs consistent with tertiary mental health services

What You'll Bring:

  • Relevant qualification and registration (Nursing, Social Work, OT or Psychology)
  • Minimum 2 years mental health experience
  • Strong assessment, communication and engagement skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic community setting
