About us

KAIAMA Japanese Restaurant managing a modern Japanese restaurant in the Rhodes area that offers high end Japanese dining service with sushi and Teishouku.

We seek full-time qualified and experienced Japanese Chef/Sushi maker in our Kitchen management team and take our business to the next level in kitchen operation, menu offering and style of service.

1 X Sushi Roll Maker

* Skill & Experience

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in modern Japanese cuisine

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to do any Tasks & responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily operation of the kitchen

  • Reporting to head chef/management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rhodes, NSW 2138: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Japanese cuisine/ roll maker: 1 year (Preferred)
  • sushi train: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Required)
