yakitori restaurant located in Rhodes.

Looking for yakitori chef from Tue-Sat.

operation time is 5.30pm-10pm.

Applicants must have at least two years of relevant work experience as a chef. Having previous experience in Japanese cuisine and have a good understanding of Japanese food, preparation and cooking of Yakitori. Good skill of cooking on charcoal.

Duties include but not limited to;
- oversee all stages of food preparation
- advise menu development and food costing
- lead and manage kitchen staff
- manage inventory and ordering supplies
- communicate with FOH and servers
- enforce hygiene and OH&S safety regulations

Mandatory Requirements:

- Certificate III or IV in commercial cookery plus two years of full-time experience working as a chef

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
