This hybrid role based at Macquarie Park presents a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing team and make a meaningful difference every day.

As an integral part of a vibrant and friendly warehouse team based in North Ryde, you will work closely with other warehouse assistants and report into the Warehouse Team Leader. This is a great opportunity if you are passionate about what you do and committed to delivering high quality work demonstrating efficient warehouse practices.
Please note this is a 6 month fixed term contract.
You'll Stand Out From The Crowd If You

  • Have previously worked in a warehouse role where you used systems to process inbound and outbound stock
  • Have previously used SAP
  • Have good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have a can-do attitude and thrive within a team environment
  • Hold a current forklift licence - not essential but desirable

You'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently processing orders, shipments and dispatches
  • Receipting and storage of goods as per Warehouse system
  • Assisting the Warehouse and Distribution Manager in same day pick, pack and dispatch of goods
  • Answering any questions to support sales and customer care with dispatch or delivery enquiries
  • Maintaining the warehouse in a clean and orderly manner
  • Co-ordinating, monitoring and documenting all International/National and Local deliveries and collections in line with the Quality System
  • Stock takes and weekly cycle counts on specified products, reporting on inventory and accuracy
