Operations Manager

Responsibilities;
- Working in a team of support staff managing the client services function and day to day business operations.
- Work closely and provide administration and clients services support to the Senior Adviser.
- Respond to client requests, management of client appointments.
- Manage and respond to client queries within specific timeframes
- Implementation and document preparation
Skills and Experience;
- 5+ years experience working as a Client Service Officer in the financial planning industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, adhere to deadlines and good attention to detail
