Career Employment Group Inc is seeking applications for multiple Commercial Cookery Apprentices to work with our valued Host Employers. We have multiple full time vacancies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th year apprentices located across Adelaide & all surrounding areas.

As an apprentice, you will work towards completing a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery over a four-year training contract. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop practical skills, gain real industry experience, and build a career in the hospitality sector.

As an apprentice, your day-to-day will include a range of exciting kitchen duties, such as:

• Preparing and cooking dishes using a variety of culinary methods
• Creating vegetable, fruit, egg, and pasta-based dishes
• Working effectively under pressure in fast-paced kitchen settings
• Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen in line with WHS standards
• Assisting in planning and costing menus
