Tell me about this role:

Seeking expressions of interest for NV1 security cleared Aerospace Engineers to join our team on a permanent basis. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier.

These roles will see you take on a range of tasks including providing expert engineering advice, designing and conducting test activities and reviewing and producing engineering documents to support major Defence platforms including Blackhawk, Apache, Chinook and a range of Unmanned Aerial Systems.

Sought after skillsets include but are not limited to: Systems Engineering, Avionics Design Engineers, Aerospace Engineers, Systems Safety Engineers, ILS Engineers and Certification Engineers.

What will I be doing day to day?

• Designing and conducting engineering activities
• Requirements analysis and definition
• Data management and analysis
• Work with a wide range of stakeholders and build meaningful and lasting professional relationships
• Managing engineering documentation including review and edits
• Providing expert engineering inputs into cutting edge technology

What sort of skills do I need?

• Experience within a Defence Aerospace environment
• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• Firm understanding of DASR (desirable)
• Experience with working in a CASG environment (desirable)
• Strong communication skills
• Process orientated with good attention to detail
• Hold a minimum NV1 security clearance (must be an Australian citizen)
