The successful applicant will lead programs and initiatives that support student pathways, engagement, and achievement in Years 11 and 12. This role involves working collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and external partners to ensure every student is supported to achieve their Queensland Certificate of Education and reach their post-school goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
  • Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
