Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee building remediation projects across Victoria. This role involves working with consultants, contractors, and strata managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage building remediation projects from planning to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare detailed reports and communicate progress effectively.
  • Resolve project challenges efficiently and proactively.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably in client-side project management.
  • Relevant qualifications in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Victorian building codes and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and meet KPIs.
  • Strong industry network and relationship-building skills.
