About the role

Join the dynamic Marketing team at Motio' as a full-time Marketing + Social + Content Coordinator. This exciting role will see you working across all marketing channels to support the delivery of Motio's strategic marketing initiatives. Based in our North Sydney office, you will play a key part in planning and executing engaging content, managing our social media presence, and supporting a range of marketing activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Create and publish high-quality, on-brand content across Motio's social media channels (including LinkedIn + Insta)
  • Assist with the development of the content calendar and social media strategy
  • Write and edit website copy, blog posts, and other marketing content
  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and events
  • Monitor and report on marketing and social media metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Graduate through to 2 years of experience in a marketing or content-related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes
  • Experience with content management systems and graphic tools
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to work
  • Passionate about creating engaging content

A few things that could be helpful when considering this role

  • At home in a small team environment
  • A natural generator of ideas, and be happy to share them
  • Curious and possess desire to progress your career
  • Ready to work and know your way around the usual platforms
  • Literate and numerate (at least one of these would be advantageous)
  • Probably either detail oriented or perhaps full of great ideas (either is great)
  • Organised (or at least try to be)
  • Developing a passion for content, communications and marketing and how to build relationships
