Sure People Solutions is currently seeking experienced MC Truck drivers for Shutdowns and various backfill positions with our leading clients for WA mine sites, these are typically FIFO roles however we do have opportunities for DIDO as well. 

 You'll receive:

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Transporting of mine site components
  • Daily cleaning of the trucks.
  • Perform inspections of vehicle systems, equipment, and accessories such as tires, lights, turn signals and brakes
  • Ensure cargo is properly loaded according to safety requirements.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Maintain paper or electronic log book.
  • Communicate with the Dispatcher and other Truck Drivers using communication devices such as a two-way radio or on-board computers.

 Essential Requirements:

  • Side Tipper Experience 
  • Road Ranger Manual Gearbox 
  • Load Rite Scales
  • Experience operating Kenworth Trucks T909
  • WA & Interstate residents may apply
  • Must have Minimum MC license
  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in mines or shutdowns.
  • Experience with float, counterweight, and manoeuvring in small areas.
  • Full Australian working rights
  • White card
  • Clean Police Clearance within 3 months
  • Working at Heights within 2 year

Highly regarded:

    • Experience operating a WA500 Loader, National ticket preferred 
    • Grader, Excavator and Watercart experience
    • Crane and Rigging tickets
    • Confined spaces and Gas test atmospheres 
    • Operate and maintain 4WD 
    • Inductions; BHP, RIO, FMG, Roy Hill
