We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team, supporting participants in Belmore, Marrickville, and Earlwood. This is a community-based, in-person role, working directly in participants' homes and out in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support with personal care, domestic tasks, and meal preparation.
  • Assist participants with community access, social activities, and appointments.
  • Encourage independence, dignity, and choice in line with individual NDIS goals.
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and follow support plans.
  • Uphold professional boundaries and NDIS Code of Conduct standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community services (desirable but not essential).
  • A caring, patient, and respectful approach to working with people.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR, and Driver's Licence.
  • Willingness to travel locally between Belmore, Marrickville, and Earlwood.
