**Role Overview**:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team in a SIL home. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being in daily living activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist residents with personal care, daily routines, and household tasks
- Support residents in developing and maintaining independence
- Engage residents in social, recreational, and community activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other team members to deliver individualized support plans
- Accurately document and report on resident progress and care

**Essential Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications in Disability Support, Community Services, or similar
- Previous experience in a SIL home or similar disability support setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
