This role will also contribute to exploring new industry opportunities—such as innovative construction solutions—through the use of advanced business analysis and modern IT systems.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating business opportunities, streamlining processes, and delivering insightful analyses and reports to support data-driven decisions across our property development and materials trading operations. You will also help identify and assess new business ventures by applying your analytical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse real estate development opportunities including market trends, feasibility, and project profitability.

• Conduct property and market research to provide comparative insights and investment assessments.

• Prepare reports and presentations for internal use, clients, and joint venture partners.

• Assess development costs, potential revenue, and risk factors across various property types.

• Analyse supplier offers, import costs, and Australian construction market demands for materials trading.

• Support strategic planning for importing, pricing, and distribution of construction materials.

• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

• Use digital tools and platforms to manage data, support analysis, and improve reporting efficiency.

• Assess the cost and viability of importing materials from overseas suppliers

• Support the exploration and rollout of new ventures in modern building technology

• Utilise IT tools and platforms to support data analysis, reporting, and business system improvements

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver actionable insights

About You

• Prior 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst in related industry .

• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to work across multiple business areas.

• Skilled in interpreting data, IT system and presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.

• Tech-savvy, with a working knowledge of business analysis tools and systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to business growth

• Degree-qualified in Business, Property, IT or a related field.
