The Opportunity

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support to two Partners in our Toowoomba office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive diary and meeting management, including scheduling, agendas, and minute-taking
  • Screening and managing correspondence, maintaining confidentiality
  • Coordinating client onboarding, engagement letters, and compliance checks
  • Assisting with client invoicing, debtor collection, and expense claims
  • Supporting office operations, travel bookings, and event coordination
  • Data management and compliance with internal policies

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally in professional services
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to quality service
  • Positive, proactive attitude and strong relationship-building skills
