Our Tip Top division is the leading brand of quality bread and bakery products, producing iconic brands like Tip Top, Abbott's Bakery, Golden and Bürgen. Safety and quality are at the heart of everything we do.

Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a
Quality Assurance Manager
at our Capalaba site. In this standalone, hands-on quality role, you will play a key role in driving food safety and quality culture across the site.

Reporting to the Regional Quality & Compliance Manager, you'll provide leadership, coaching and compliance oversight for the site Quality Management System, ensuring adherence to national standards and customer requirements.

Purpose of the Role

• Lead and coach the site team to embed a strong food safety and quality culture
• Oversee compliance with GFSI, HACCP, FSANZ and customer quality standards
• Manage internal audits, certification processes and non-conformance close-outs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including GMP and QA strategies
• Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to achieve key milestones
• Provide technical guidance and training on food safety and quality standards

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualification in Food Science or equivalent
• Strong experience in food manufacturing and quality systems
• Knowledge of audit processes, HACCP, and QMS reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong attention to detail
