Your Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Residential Manager to deliver high-quality clinical governance
- Oversee Continuous Improvement, OHS compliance, and staff training
- Collaborate with GPs, specialists and allied health teams to optimise resident outcomes
- Drive clinical assessments, AN-ACC reviews and accurate documentation
- Mentor and support your team to deliver person-centered care every day
What We're Looking For
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years' senior clinical experience in Residential Aged Care
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, Code of Conduct & Residents' Rights
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
- National Police Check and full Australian working rights
