What you will bring to the role

1. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency AHPRA) . Registered Nurse Division 1
2. Demonstrated experience as a Clinical Nursing Unit Manager - Level 1 or Acting Clinical Nursing Unit Manager - Level 1 / Team Leader experience in a critical care environment
3. Demonstrated relevant clinical nursing experience
4. Demonstrated ability to motivate, manage and develop nursing/midwifery staff
5. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills including problem solving, balancing competing demands and conflict resolution
6. Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a multidisciplinary team
7. Postgraduate nursing qualifications in management, or working towards same
8. Ability to work a flexible rotating roster Mornings, Evenings & Nights 7 days week
