QMS Audits is an established, Australian owned provider of food safety training, quality assurance consultancy and HACCP certification. We have had significant growth over the last nine years and have continued to grow in 2025.

The Role:

Reporting to the QMS Audits Director, we are seeking a suitably experienced Administration Assistant to join the QMS Audits team. The primary role of the Administration Assistant is to assist the team to reach its business objectives by providing efficient and effective customer service and administration support to our internal and external stakeholders. As the organisations first point of contact, you will understand the importance of clear and concise communication and are able to easily build rapport with people. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is motivated and detail focused to join our high-achieving, fun and supportive team.

Criteria: Essential skills, experience, and competencies:

· Demonstrated knowledge of systems, procedures and practical requirements and obligations of such a role.

· High level understanding and knowledge of customer service requirements.

· A proactive and positive approach to resolving queries and problems.

· Proficiency with office technology and in the use of Microsoft Office products, in particular Word and Excel, PowerPoint (desirable), with accurate word processing and data entry skills.

· Assist the team in implementing projects and activities as required.

· Highly developed written communication skills with the ability to maintain strong attention to detail.

· Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner.

· Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within established deadlines and maintain a consistent level of professionalism.

· Ability to work effectively within a team environment and to also work unsupervised.

There is an expectation that you will comply with any reasonable health and safety policies and procedures and participate in meetings, training, and other relevant activities. The successful candidate will be required to undergo medical, police and security checks.

It will be an advantage if you have a Cert III in Business Administration and/or relevant experience. School leavers are also encouraged to apply.
