The Role

We are on the lookout for an energetic and ambitious
Assistant Store Manager
to join and lead our team at our store in
Miranda

This role leads and drives a team to execute operational objectives and deliver outstanding results in store.

About You

Your role is to be a "people focused" Manager who loves to lead and drive a team to deliver outstanding results and exceed sales goals and profit for your store, while demonstrating your personal passion for engaging with customers.

Your day will consist of:

  • Ensuring the customer service experience is second to none
  • Exceeding sales goals and profit for the store
  • Training and developing the 'Best' team
  • Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor
  • Manage stock and shrinkage
  • Work collaboratively with your Team, Store Manager, and Regional Manager

As a retail leader ready to shine, you bring:
