Title: Salesforce Functional Consultant

Location: Sydney

Permanent Role.

Position Summary:

The Salesforce Functional Consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, configuring Salesforce, and providing ongoing support to users. A strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and particularly Agentforce is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

● Perform Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.

● Design and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

● Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of Agentforce, including its setup, configuration, and best practices for optimizing agent productivity and customer interactions.

● Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and Salesforce capabilities.

● Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user training materials.

● Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce.

● Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of custom solutions.

● Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues.

● Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, especially those related to Agentforce.

Skills:

● Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or similar role.

● Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

● Demonstrable good knowledge and experience with Agentforce functionalities and configurations.

● Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.

● Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
