Essential Criteria

1. Minimum Diploma in Children's Services - minimum 4 years experience

2. Leadership Role experience

3. Mentoring experience

4. Must love systems and structures and understand how to apply them In Action

5. Please describe your top 3 skills and the area of strength you believe you are recognised for by your peers

6. Desirable - attendance at Alina Dan's/HMC workshops, online seminars and conferences - please list the events, knowledge of HMC platforms, HQIP and HHUB. 

7. Must hold a current driver's licence. 

8. WWCC and BlueCard. 

Employment Benefits

a. Learning and developing further your early childhood skills, neuroscience concepts and coaching capacity

b. Great flexibility - Must travel to QLD (preferably based on the Gold Coast or Brisbane). 

c. Exposure to various types of early childhood settings

d. Ability to work with Excellent early childhood services

e. Ability to contribute to various projects HMC is currently involved with across the country

f. Regular team meetings and team development days
