About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacy Staff to join our team at Priceline Pharmacy group in Toowoomba, QLD. In this role, you will be an integral part of our pharmacy team, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and supporting the efficient operation of our pharmacy.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service and advice to our patients and customers
  • Assisting with the dispensing and preparation of prescriptions
  • Maintaining accurate inventory and stock control
  • Ensuring the pharmacy adheres to all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Supporting the Pharmacist with various administrative and operational tasks
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualification or experience in pharmacy or a related healthcare field
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
