Located in the former Royal Bank of Australia's building, this gracefully preserved restaurant offers modern and sophisticated Australian cuisine paired with an extensive range of local and unique wines, beers and spirits.

We are seeking an experienced bartender who has a genuine passion for hospitality to complete our professional and dynamic team.

The Bartender will work closely and flexibly with the Beverage Manager and the Venue Manager to deliver the experience that will bring together an A-class traditional, streamlined service in a vibrant and lively setting.

Ideal Candidate:

· Demonstrated experience as Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment

· Must have cocktail and spirit knowledge

· Must have wine knowledge

· Drive for beverage service

· Passion for delivering outstanding service

· Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude

· Excellent attention to detail

· Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, late nights and split shifts

· Must have RSA certificate
