Jumbo Operator

HMR is a national contractor providing surface and underground diamond drilling, raisebore and mining services.

We are currently seeking applications for self- motivated, experienced Jumbo Operators for immediate start

The Role

• Proven underground experience as a frontline, development Jumbo Operator (Sandvik)
• A commitment to your own safety and those who work with you.
• All aspects of development mining, including incline/decline
• Installing and maintaining underground services
• Supporting charge-up and other development tasks
• Communicating across shifts and ensuring high-quality work
• Extensive experience in an underground mining environment

Essentials

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• The ability to pass a Drug Screen, Medical and Police clearance is required.
• Australian or NZ Residents - Full working rights in Australia
