Role

You will be responsible for the accreditation, onboarding, and scheduling of faculty to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys stakeholder engagement, and has a keen eye for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling and deployment of facilitators across public, online, and business programs.
  • Manage faculty accreditation, records, contracts, and related systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide reporting, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives for faculty operations.
  • Oversee faculty-related financial activities including monitoring spend, travel, and identifying cost efficiencies.
  • Build strong relationships with faculty and internal stakeholders while ensuring effective communication and support.

About You:

  • Proven experience in  stakeholder management & program coordination within a higher education setting (University) OR professional Association (minimum 2years)
  • Proven track record of event coordination, with the ability to handle logistics, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively manage relationships with a range of stakeholders, from university partners to professional associations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, databases, and learning/IT systems.
