About the Role

OCTEC Limited is a not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation (RTO based in Orange NSW. We are committed to serving our local communities through high quality training.

We are seeking a pool of Trainers to deliver TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations.

OCTEC employs most Trainers and Assessors on a casual basis. All casual Trainers are paid on a weekly basis, and our trainers are paid for preparation, lesson planning, delivery of training, assessment work, reporting and administration. We are also open to discussing contract training through a sole trader ABN by negotiation.

Criteria

OCTEC Limited Trainers and Assessors must meet the following criteria.

  1. Credentialled to Train and Assess (holds TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment)
  2. Hold the qualification/s they are delivering, or be able to map their experience to the qualification(s) they are delivering
  3. Experience in delivering TLI30321 Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations to groups of learners or workplaces
  4. Have participated in activities or professional development ensuring a solid understanding of current VET practices and requirements
  5. Current drivers licence and be willing to travel
  6. Current Working with Children Check
  7. Current National Police Check

The above criteria are essential and OCTEC is unable to employ Trainers who do not meet the above requirements. Only applicants that meet the essential criteria and progress to the interview stage will be contacted.
