2. Current Vacancies

  1. Customer Service Officer

Handle customer bookings and enquiries (in person, by phone, or email).

Explain rental terms and guide customers through pickup and return procedures.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure cars are clean, ready, and on time.

Flexible working hours (morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts available).

Salary


•    AUD $52,000 – $55,000 per annum + super.

  1. Vehicle Attendant

Inspect vehicles before and after rental (interior, exterior, fuel levels).

Clean, wash, and prepare cars according to LinkDrive standards.

Deliver and collect vehicles across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast, and Hunter Valley.

Must hold a valid Full Driver Licence, have basic car knowledge, and show a reliable attitude.

Salary


•    AUD $52,000 – $55,000 per annum + super.

  1. Office Support / Admin (Part-time / Full-time)

Maintain rental records, assist with data entry and basic accounting tasks.

Support office operations and coordination between departments.

Work from our Head Office: Unit 201, 17 Bolton Street, Newcastle NSW.

Detail-oriented, good communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in administration, accounting, or customer service is a plus.

Salary


•    AUD $52,000 – $55,000 per annum + super .
