The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly capable and energetic merchandise professional who is ready to take ownership of range planning and  in-store styling

You will

  • Design and deliver curated colour stories across homewares, textiles and art
  • Lead store-wide installs and displays that are as commercial as they are beautiful
  • Optimise store layouts to highlight new products.
  • Assess performance across product categories and make recommendations
  • Create replenishment, allocation, and consolidation strategies for all stores
  • Develop seasonal showroom transformations and styling installations .
Who You Are

You're more than just a planner — you're a creative strategist  with a deep love for interiors and a meticulous eye for detail.

You bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in merchandise planning and store styling
  • A compelling visual folio or Instagram that showcases your work
  • Excellent organisational and time management
  • Physical energy and stamina — this is an on-the-ground, hands-on role
  • A polished personal style that aligns with the St Barts aesthetic
  • A deep understanding of the luxury interiors and lifestyle retail market
  • An intuitive eye for colour stories, visual storytelling and product curation
  • A collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead and influence others
