Head of Graphic Design

We're on the lookout for a Head of Graphic Design to take charge of our brand's visual direction and bring big ideas to life.

This role is all about pushing our creative boundaries and making sure every design stays true to our brand and makes an impact.

You'll:

  • Lead and mentor our design crew
  • Stay hands-on with the tools to create standout assets
  • Work closely with marketing and strategy to shape campaigns
  • Push the boundaries of our brand's visual identity
Merchandise Planner / Buyer

Ringers Western is growing fast and we're looking for a Merchandise Planner / Buyer to help shape the range architecture that drives our Retail, Online, and Wholesale business.

In this role, you'll:

  • Manage the open-to-buy and plan across all categories
  • Build ranges that deliver on sales and margin targets
  • Work closely with our Head of Design to balance core, seasonal, and new products
  • Keep our customers coming back with a strong, well-planned product offer

We're after someone who loves numbers, planning, and product, and thrives in a busy, fast-growing business.

Head Designer

From the paddock to the runway, we're taking western-inspired lifestyle wear into bold, new territory — and we need a Head Designer to help lead the way.

We're looking for someone who can dream big, lead our design team, and stay hands-on creating pieces that balance our core roots with a fashion-forward edge.

In this role, you'll:

  • Design collections that stay true to our DNA while setting trends
  • Lead and mentor our design team
  • Collaborate across merchandise, buying, production, and marketing
  • Help shape an emerging category that's exploding across Australia and beyond
